im 24 your though I'm a veteran disable with schizophrenia and trying to get rid of my guardian and become my own payee . they said I need a doctors letter from the VA but my doctor Will not write the letter . I live by myself and has been paying my bills by mmyself. I take care of myself .I want to move out of country to Korea where I was once stationed
