So my license has been revoked in Tennessee because I didn't pay a fine(not for DUI/DWI/OWI just for reckless driving), and I just moved to Colorado. Can I get a Colorado license without a problem? If so, how do I go about doing so?

You will need to clear up your problems with the state of Tennessee before you can get a Colorado DL. It is my understandings that the various state (with the exception of perhaps 1 or 2) cooperate with each other the area of driver's privileges. Further, until the Tennessee matter is cleared up driving in Colorado would constitute a traffic misdemeanor. In addition, if your driver's licnes is revoke in Tennesse then your priviledge to drive in Colorado is

No. There is an interstate compact which more or less guarantees that if your license is suspended revoked or denied in one state, then that will be true for all states. You need to the Tennessee problem before you can reinstate your driving privilege in Colorado.

Interstate Compact which CO follows will give full faith and credit to the TN suspension. Clear up the TN suspension and you will get a CO license and drive legally again. Moving is not a remedy. Fines will eventually be tapped from any tax refund you might expect and penalties will continue to accrue. Deal with it or get stopped in CO without a license and hire an attorney there and in TN. Choices will eventually have consequences, it's just a matter of time. Good luck to you. I hope this helps you?
