Am I allowed to redact a self-insured retention amount when producing insurance coverage information in a lawsuit?

I have produced in discovery a declarations page regarding insurance policy information but have redacted the self-insured retention amount. I am now being compelled to produce an un-redacted version.

Without doing legal research my belief is that the plaintiff has a right to know the amount of the sir.

Discovery obligations and the production of insurance information are generally very broad. In some circumstances it may be appropriate to seek a protective order from the Court to protect specific information from being disclosed to the public, but it is unlikely a Court would protect that type of information from being disclosed to the parties within the litigation.
