I suspect unethical medical practices. Office has my contact information but no recent contact about my husband's condition.

My husband was diagnosed w/stage #3 Glioblastoma brain cancer (a few weeks ago) under the direction of a Kansas doctor. Last update from doctor was 2 weeks ago via text - I still have the message. Husband was scheduled to flight out Sunday, April 5th and I have not heard from him. I am afraid he had a severe seizure due to his condition in addition to all the medicines that were provided. I am also afraid that procedures are being done on my husband without any acknowledge from me as his spouse or procedures are being done; possibly not approved by the FDA or outside of what any medical board would approve. I NEED HELP on what my options are at this point. I have sent tons and tons of text messages, called his phone and sent emails without any responses. Let me be clear; NO SUICIDE!!

If your question is whether there is a case against a doctor for failure to diagnose cancer, your husband's medical records can be ordered by a malpractice lawyer who can investigate.

You should be in contact with the hospital where your husband was and/or the doctor's office.
