You should look to legal aid in your area, perhaps also try a local law school (many have legal aid clinics). Solicitations are not allowed on this site.

Pro bono is simply a fancy word for charity. If you are looking for charity assistance, you need to contact an organization such as Mass Legal Services. Most attorneys in private practice cannot afford to work for clients who cannot pay them - any more than you can afford to do your job without pay. However, if you have a good claim for employment discrimination (which will require much more than favoritism - favoritism is not illegal), an attorney may be willing to handle your case on a contingency basis (they get paid from a portion of what you recover). Many attorneys offer a free initial consultation. Use the "Find a Lawyer" link to find an employment attorney near you who will discuss your claim with you.
