I feel I am being mistreated at work.

I have been mistreated at work. Few months back I was being harassed, comments from men about my body. When I told upper management about the problem I was suspended (with pay) for the day and returned the following day. Now I am having problems with women at work. We've had work related arguments at work before... most recently an argument led to the suspension without pay. I have a problem with English, I am not from this country (my boyfriend is dictating this for me). I feel that I'm not able to defend myself and fear that I am going to lose my job permanently. It feels as if its a personal issue between myself and the plant manager. What type of lawyer should I seek out if I wish to take them to court to keep my job.
