Perjury question involving child abuse

What actions can I take to easily expose lies that were told in civil court involving child abuse? The lies put the child in danger. I've googled until my brain hurt. Do I file contempt of court? Is there a time limit? Where do I file? Can I do this myself? I will need to supeona a person to prove lies were told. Thank you very much for any comments back.
