The landlord is not allowed to enter anytime she wants for no reason. She needs to provide advance notice and also have a legitimate reason to enter. However, in case of an emergency, she does not need to provide advance notice.

Unless the landlord is entering your place due to an emergency, she has to give you 24 hrs written advanced notice. You can have an attorney write a demand letter to the landlord, asking her to stop this behavior.

Your landlord is not allowed to enter without notice, unless there is an emergency. Notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, the landlord may only enter for a legitimate reason, such as making repairs or showing the house to sell it. You should speak with a landlord tenant attorney to discuss your issues. An attorney can write a demand letter to the landlord, explaining what the law is and that it is illegal to enter without a legitimate reason. Good luck.
