hello my name is kimberly ive been married since i was 16 im currently 17 ill be 18 in a couple months i have a baby and my mom keeps threatening to call the law on me cause im not home should i be worried im just wondering if she gave up parental consent of me when i got married my marriage license was from the court house and was legally notarized im just tired of my mom threatening me

If you were under 18 you needed consent of parents or approval from Judge to be married. Once married, you are emancipated from your parents. She can still call police/CHFS if she thinks your child is in danger and they will investigate. If you somehow obtained a marriage license without parental consent or Judge approval, you may have an invalid marriage.
