Hello! i am filing for change of status . when filing form g325-a how do i mention that i have 2 current job?

Actually, when filing the form g325-a it ask for my last 5 employments with start and ending date. My issue is that i currently work 2 jobs but on the form it only gives me the option to put a starting date to "present time" for only one job ( on the first line only). On the remaining 4 lines it only says start and ending date. So for my second job i am not sure what to put since i can't put an ending date. Thank you for helping me
leave it blank and then handwrite "present" in the box. It is the best we can do. : )
MY office then completes the form with overlapping jobs if there are two at the same time. For instance, lins one says "ACME -- JUly 2014 present_ line 2 says "Dog walker" August 2014 - present."

You can always use an addendum/attachment of a separate sheet of paper to list all your jobs during the last 5 years if you run out of space on the G-325A.
Especially for this detail, the fact that you accurately provide all of the requested information is more important than how you identify the information on the form and/or a referenced attachment.
