RE: D-260 form vaccination question. Don't have vaccinations now. Will have before interview. How should we answer question?

On the D-260 form there is a question that asks: Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? It is a yes/no question. My husband does not have the vaccinations now, but will of course have them before the interview (with the required documentation). Should we say no and explain that we will have the vaccinations and records at the interview, or should we say yes since we will have the vaccinations and records at the interview? Alternatively, do we need to get the vaccinations now before submitting the visa application?

This type of "yes/no" question does not allow for explanations. Answer "no" and move on.

I agree with my colleagues ... the answer is no. Have you considered hiring a lawyer? This process isn't as simple as you may be thinking.
