Changing employer (one month old) a good idea ? How it will affect my H1B transfer or renewal ? filing green card ?

hello, am on H1B now. PERM is not yet started. I would like to change my employer. But this is new employer (1 month old). is it going to affect my H1B transfer ? And filing Green Card/PERM will affect anything ? since this is a brand new company /no history. please clarify, whether it is a good idea to change my employer. I do not have any issues with my current employer. But some other new company is going to acquire it. i have 2 options now. 1) Either moving to a new company (no history/records) ; very young company. 2) or move to good established company . I need to file my green card ASAP. which on is suitable. Thanks much.
