I need a discrimination lawyer

I started at this business and the managers refused to hire me. I learn that the managers tampered with my timecard and I took my concerns to human resources. After that I was getting written and verbal warning. I file with EEOC and then I got retaliation against because of my filing. I was in the union and I file grievance. On august 2014 I was terminated because they said I took client out without approval. I went to arbitration on December 12, 2014 and I received my answer on March 10, 2015 stating that the company wrongfully teminated me and to restore me back to my job. I have documentation from the beginning when all this started in September 2013 until now. I have dates , times, emails and letters from previous and current employees who have been treated the same. You are correct. You need a lawyer. Let me suggest you start your search through your local bar association. There is one near you, the Gilroy/Morgan Hill Bar Association. Here is their contact information. Gilroy/Morgan Hill Bar Association 8080 Santa Teresa Blvd #230 Gilroy, CA 95020 Phone: (408)686-0374 Fax: (408)686-0375 Email: [email protected] I would call them and tell them you need an employment attorney. You can also look to as well as many other online resources. Do not wait, as there may be time limitations that could affect when you would have to file suit or present a claim.

If you have been reinstated without backpay, you should definitely pursue a retaliation claim through an experienced employment attorney in your area. If you have been reinstated with backpay, then you should know that cannot be compensated twice for the same damages and the same violations, which will only leave you with emotional distress damages. These damages alone might or might not be worth pursuing, depending on other factors and circumstances of your case. Thanks, Arkady Itkin San Francisco & Sacramento Employment Lawyer
