Do I have to go to my case management conference for a duo if I live out of that state?

I got a dui in Tucson Arizona but I now live in Chicago. I got a paper in the mail stating the date of my case management conference which is next week. I cannot get in touch with my public defender to find out if I have to fly in or not. I need to book a flight asap if I have to be present
