The below is the detailed case status of my petition. "On November 5, 2014, we transferred your Form I-129, Petition for a Non immigrant Worker, Receipt Number WAC*******, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice." The notice says, my petition is with AAO office. What is the SLA for it to be updated?

The AAO is the Administrative Appeals office. All cases currently are approximately 6 months. Did you appeal or is this USCIS requesting an opinion from that office?

There is no Service Level Agreement when it comes to USCIS processing times. The average processing time for an AAO decision is 6 months.
