A lot more information is needed. Are you in the middle of a chapter 13? Did you receive a discharge and now discharged creditors are attempting to collect?

You need to go sit down with a bankruptcy lawyer. They can help you plan a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 (depending on dates and planning). While it is possible to settle debts without bankruptcy, that requires money. It is unlikely a lawyer can get all of your creditors to agree to drop interest and fees and accept less than the minimum monthly payment.

Adding legal fees to your budget probably makes no sense. You are the debtor - so contact creditors to ask what payment options are offered. It's not as hard as you think. Hope this perspective helps.
