I am an international student who filed my tax returns using Turbotax which I later found can not be used by an international student. I already amended my returns due to another error with filing taxes. I am planning on filing a second amend for Turbotax issue. How does this impact my greencard process in the future?

Of course you need to discuss this with an immigration lawyer, not a tax lawyer. However, my guess is that as long as you are in compliance with your tax obligations it does not count against you that you are merely under audit.
