I am a Canadian citizen . I've lived in the US for most of my life. I'd like to go visit family in Canada but got a DUI in the states. Is this going to be a problem for me getting across there border?

No, because you are a Canadian citizen. If you were a US citizen, you might need to get an approved waiver, which isn't easy to get, before you are allowed to enter.
