My boyfriend was sentenced to 30d inside 3y probation 3y suspended, but his case still comes up as awaiting disposition

Sounds like the system just has not been updated or there is some other type of error at the Clerk's Office. If youre certain what you see online is the case you know has been resolved then there is nothing to worry about. Its just data entry issues youre seeing. Online info from a clerk's office doesnt really mean anything.

More likely than not a clerical error. You can speak with the Clerk at the court for clarification, or his attorney.
