Can I keep my daughters father from visiting her legally

He was arrested and charged with physical abuse of his oldest daughter. And was not allowed visitation for a year. It's supposed to stay on his record for 25 years. he has manhandled my 2 yo and smacked her head, then denies it. But the baby cries, and tells on him. I don't see any marks on her but I believe her.

If there is an outstanding custody order for your 2 year old daughter you cannot legally withhold her from him. Based on the allegations, you may want to consider modifying the parenting time. If there is not an outstanding order, there is nothing stopping you for withholding visitation. Regardless of an outstanding order, you may want to think about an order of protection against the father given the allegations. If upheld, the order will protect you and your daughter from his abusive behavior.
