Judge ordered my ex husband to reimburse the babysitter payments for the day he didn't take the kids for visitation. I wrote my boyfriend so many receipt with $40 cash payment after that and mailed it to him. But he only wrote me a check for the daycare, he said he wants to look at my boyfriend's tax returns but the judge didn't order me to and my boyfriend didn't claim any of the money I paid him, he used the money for gas. Can I take my ex back to court?

Sure you can take your ex back to court. And your ex can then call your boyfriend as a witness and have him testify under oath that he actually received all of the income shown on your receipts, and that he didn't claim that income on his taxes. And then the IRS can throw your boyfriend in jail for fraud, because the testimony in one case can be used in any other proceeding. So you'll need to decide if going after your ex is worth the risk.
