My car was purchased from giuffre hyundai in bayridge and I paid for an extended warranty I have the contracts, now this dealership had lost their contract so they were not able to sell them i paid for it. So I went back to the dealership they changed their name cuz of lawsuits and they gave me a third party warranty that's half of the amount I originally paid for and they refuse to refund me. What should I do??

Your question is not entirely clear. If you paid for a particular warranty and you have the contract then you should get that warranty. If they tell you that you actually have a different warranty then they have done something wrong and you are entitled to sue them for your damages. I suggest you speak to a consumer attorney as soon as possible. You are correct that this dealership has had many lawsuits against it.
