I got divorced almost three years ago ex got the house ordered to refinance and remove my name from mortgage didn't pay for 13 months instead of refi he went into suspended foreclosure and a restructure of loan per my orders I signed quit deed as his lawyer requested WHAT can I do? How could he restructure the loan with out my signature ? It's ordered to refinance and indemnify me and hold me harmless of any monetary damages has ruined my credit

While he did not pay the mortgage and there was no re-finance for thirteen months, what, if anything, did you do? Were you represented by counsel?

If you signed a quit claim deed, the new loan is probably in his name. It would be hard to put a dollar value on the loss of your credit. For further information you should seek a consultation with an experienced divorce attorney.
