A learning disability on its own isn't enough to show that your plea wasn't voluntary, knowing, and intelligent. That learning disability would have to actually impact those things. You've repeatedly asked these questions on . I'd suggest sitting down and discussing this with an attorney.

Withdrawing a guilty plea after sentencing is never simple and may not be possible. That the person has a learning disability does not mean that he or she does not understand what the guilty plea is about. You should talk to the lawyer you had about this. If you are not satisfied with that lawyer, you should consult another, in person. No one on the Internet can adequately help with this. This forum is about general legal questions, not specific advice in a complex matter.

A learning disability Is not any kind of advantage for a pro se defendant. If you are serious about seeking post-conviction relief, you'll need to hire a lawyer.
