BOSLEY SAID NO AND THEY MADE ME FEEL IF I DID NOT HAVE THE PROCED I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY THE 10 K...I DIDN'T HAVE PROCEDURE AND FELT VERY INTIMIDATED. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN FOR ANY OPTIONS AND I AM PAYING OFF THE 10K AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SERVICE FROM BOSLEY. THE MANAGER NEVER GAVE ME ANY DIFFERENT OPTIONS AS THEY ADVERTIZE IN THERE AD'S ON TV. I AM 74 AND CANNOT STAND UP FOR MY RIGHTS TO A BIG CO. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME. HELP

I would suggest that you read over any contracts or documentation that you received from Bosley regarding your agreements with them. Were the scalp lesions a result of their procedure? You certainly may have a claim against them.
