My ex-husband has been given a time line of 2-6 months to live. He owes me back child support. Can i put a lien in his life ins?
He is in arears. He was ordered to pay and hasn't paid on it in over 2 years. There is interest building of 9%. He has been battling cancer so I didn't want to take him back to court while he was sick. He is now bed ridden but was able to remarry April 3rd of this year. How can I go about this without taking him to court?
