My public school district has now 7 EEOC complaints this year for gender discrimination against male managers and teachers.

The superintendent continually targets males. In one instant, the female superintendent, planted a potted plants in a men's urinal so it could not be used. She has targeted men for speaking out against her and to the school board. Administrative regulations and board policies are ignored. She placed a teacher on admin leave because of a "complaint" that has yet to be see for 20 days. The male teacher is not a rebel, he just presents facts of wrongdoings by the district. He is now being removed for the rest of the year-no due process; simply ramming through her will and let the chips fall where they may. There are many males who have had it and are tired of the treatment and toxic work environment.

There are several overlapping issues in the set of facts you have presented. First, there appears to be gender discrimination. Second, the male employee who has been removed ostensibly for speaking out about wrongdoing may have a case for whistleblower retaliation. It also appears that his due process rights may have been violated, as the Education Code outlines very specific guidelines for teacher discipline. I would suggest consulting with an attorney who specializes in BOTH education law and employment law. There is strength in numbers, so if all the male teachers with similar claims can band together, that might be helpful. Good luck!
