The paternal grandmother has temp. Emergency cust. I filed motions to her which never got served. She is in NC. I found out later. The father is filing for full custody and to dissolve the emerg. custody order. He said I will get her on the weekends and wants me to sign a paper stating he gets full custody but mentions nothing about my weekends except i have pending motions. Should I sign? Plus my motions never got served so are they really pending?

I agree with Mr. Miller. These are extremely serious issues you are dealing with and you are not a lawyer. You need to consult with and retain an experienced family law attorney in the Tampa area ASAP. They can then advise you on your best course of action. I wish you the best of luck.

Should you sign an agreement that provides no timesharing with your child? Hmmm. Not sure why you would even consider doing so. If grandma has emergency custody, that means parents (you and your ex b.f) have issues that were serious enough for judge to give child, albeit temporarily, to her. Was this done in Florida or North Carolina? Regardless, you need to talk to a lawyer and the first talk is usually free. Make some calls ASAP.

Your situation is way to complex to go into detail in this forum. The simple answer is that you should not sign anything without speaking to a lawyer.
