It depends on the extent of injury. You should go to the doctor and, if injured, hire a Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer. No one can give you an estimate of damages without knowing more about your case.
Well, it depends. No one can give you a legitimate answer based only on the facts given. Did the other driver pull along side of you? Did they cross into your lane while making a turn? What are the extent of your injuries?
If you want to maximize your claim you need to contact an attorney immediately. Most of us will discuss your rights anytime of day. However, we cannot contact you, you must make the first call.
Good luck.
No one here can answer your question. Are trying to represent yourself? If yes, I strongly suggest you contact a personal injury lawyer in your area for a free consultation. If you have a lawyer, you should be asking him or her.
Call one of us in the morning. The sooner one of us can investigate the other driver's insurance coverage and you're, the better. Don't delay in seeking treatment, either. Many times, we can provide a letter of protection for you so you can get treatment. You may have a fractured foot, and having had one myself, I know that people CAN walk on broken feet. I did for three weeks.
The longer you delay hiring a Florida personal injury attorney, the harder it will be to investigate the case.
As others have mentioned, it is impossible to give you an answer to this question in this forum. Your recovery will depend on many things including your diagnosis, the impact of that diagnosis on your daily activities, whether your doctors expect permanent damage from the accident, the kind of evidence that is available from the accident, how you negotiate with the insurance company etc.
Accordingly, the best way to protect your recovery is to talk directly with a Florida motorcycle accident lawyer. If you already have a lawyer then you should address this question to that lawyer. If you do not have an attorney representing you then you should schedule a free consultation with one as soon as possible. You have nothing to lose - and you have much to potentially gain - by scheduling a meeting. If you need help finding a lawyer you can use 's Find a Lawyer tool, you can talk to your friends and relatives, or you can call your local bar association. I wish you the best of luck with your recovery.

That is a great question. It depends on the injury you suffered and what the insurance options are out there. Here are the questions that need to be asked:
Who got the ticket or who was at fault?
Did the driver have bodily insurance at time of accident?
Same question for the owner?
What is the stent of your injury?
What are the long term prospects cuts for your recovery?
Any economic wage loss?
Do you have any motorcycle, health or other pip insurance available to you.
These as well as other questions are important and a lawyer can help answer them and investigate thee coverage for you.
We are not allowed to solicit you to call one of us but I would suggest you do your research and find a lawyer quickly.
I wish you the best.
If we assume 100% liability on the part of the other driver (this is a big assumption, one that must be properly investigated by your personal injury law firm), foot crush injuries are substantial. There are many fragile bones in the foot that are easily fractured and broken (especially under the weight of 5-6 thousand pounds) and will likely require surgery with rods/screws/plates. Over 50% of those who suffer foot-crush injuries report ongoing neurological problems (i.e. the nerves are damaged, so this can result in a loss of sensation, limited ability to bear weight, etc...). Discuss this in great detail with your lawyer. As other lawyers have commented, its difficult to say without knowing all the facts.

Are you a dancer or a foot model? How old are you? Are you a man or a woman? Have you lost earnings? Were any bones in your foot broken?
There is simply no way someone here on .com can answer your question with the limited amount of information at hand.
You should obtain needed medical care and treatment immediately and follow the doctor's advice. Do not give any statement to the adverse party or insurance company nor grant them access to any medical records. Photograph the injuries and the damage done to any property. Contact a personal injury attorney in your area as soon as possible so that you can protect your rights. You may also find it helpful to review the Legal Guides I have published on .com dealing with many of the issues you are now facing. The Guides can be accessed through my profile page on .com.
I am assuming you have a Police Report? And I hope you were able to get the driver's insurance information so you can determine if the driver of the motorcycle had insurance coverage that would inure to your benefit. Check to see if that intersection had cameras? Otherwise, my colleagues answers are absolutely correct. You should really consult with a Personal Injury attorney immediately to discuss your options. If the driver did not possess insurance, you may be able to make a claim through your own insurance policy assuming you purchased UM (underinsured motorist coverage). Because the numerous issues, get on the phone with an attorney quickly and photograph any bruising to your foot. Best of luck to you!
