Can I sue Mcdonald's for for the bad experience I went through and get compensated?
Last year I purchase a burger combo for my son at a Mcdonald's in the drive- thru. As I proceeded to drive home, my son eating his burger offered me a bite, which I took but suddenly I tasted a minty flavored and immediately spit the food into burger box and noticed a chewed gum in the burger. Immediately I called Mcdonald's to speak to the manager but I was accuse of lying. I called corporate to file a complaint and the person I spoke to requested the piece of burger with gum sent back to their department to pursue a further investigation. On my end I went to the doctor to get some test done on me and the results came negative for any transmitted diseases. Doctor said for some transmitted disease can take years to detect.
