The attorney may be seeking you as a witness, or for some other reason. The attorney has a right to try to contact you. If the attorney needs your testimony or information badly enough, expect to ultimately be subpoenaed or otherwise served. It would probably be in your best interest to at least find out what the attorney is calling about. It may save you time and money in the long run.

No, you cannot sue an attorney or "file charges" against him for doing his job. It would be ironic if everyone possibly connected to a legal case could proclaim harassment and avoid involvement. Why don't you simply call the attorney's office and find out what they want? If that doesn't end the inquiry, then you will know the extent of your involvement in the case.

Easiest thing is simply to communicate with the lawyer and find out what he wants. If your not hiding anything, this may solve the problem, and put it to rest. It may just appear that the lawyer's information conflicts with yours and you confusing your lack communication and cooperation with obstruction.
