I'm pretty desperate. I married a couple of months ago after I had been dating my husband for a while. It turned out he is a complete psycho and he has a certificate of mentally ill person(the information he didn't discover before the marriage). He abused me psychologically and I had to move out to my friends. There is a lot more to talk about and I don't want to detail it here. The problem I was going to file for Green Card based on marriage with the American Citizen but know I'm in judicial limbo. I need help, please, advice me a good lawyer in Miami-Dade county area
