On May 26 2014 at work, i slipped and had an ankle sprain. Though having personal health insurance the HR dept directed me to go with workers compensation as it happened at work and i believe i also provided my personal health insurance to via Christi (got the medications) Mid july - got to know work-comp denied thru phone I had to move out of the address on Aug 1st week and i did not receive any mail or phone call or any bills from via christi till that day. I ran a credit report on April 24, 2015 and found there is collection account placed on Feb 2, 2015 with the OC being Via Christi for $421. I am shocked to know that, if i have been notified in any other way other than my old address, i would have resolved it immediately. Please advise, possible to delete this record 'PFD' or

I'm sorry, why didn't you hire a worker's comp lawyer? This sounds like a workers comp claim. Even if the disability or injury is denied, they still owe your medical bills if this happened while on the job. Click on "Find a Lawyer" above and start talking to a workers comp attorney. In addition if you're looking to repair this, Im afraid that will take some other undoing first.
