I have had anopen cfs case for 2 years now I've completed all the classes and the program, as well as randomly drug testing for them the whole time. My worker told me she was going to call me when I needed to test, so I stopped calling everyday..now I have a new case worker and I just got my children taken away again for those missed tests. I have never not once given them a dirty test...

My experience is that the bailiff is the only one who has complete control of a judge, except for his or her spouse. That likely doesn't help you very much, however, unless you are friend of either of them. In your case, absent the friendship, you need to hire a lawyer and go from there. Most judges give a lot of credence to people they regularly associate with because of the number of cases they have and the finite amount of time they have with people. So, it is important that you try to maintain a decent relationship with those folks. However, people who deal with public employees usually have greater problems than people who have lawyers to deal with public employees.

No one has any influence on the judge. However, you can make sure to get your rights restored by making sure to do every single thing the judge asks you to do on time-dont delay. Finding a good attorney to help you through this process may make a difference

You need to hire a lawyer. Have your lawyer call and speak with your former Case worker and subpoena her to your hearing if needed. Only lawyers with a high degree of integrity and credibility have any influence upon a judge. If you are looking for something more and a lawyer tells you that he or she has more influence than that, you should not hire that person. You'll be disappointed. It is unethical and illegal to exercise any favoritism as a judge.

In dependency court missed tests are dirty tests-no excuses other than an emergency situation. Your court order was probably "on demand" tests. You should get a copy of the minute order for the detention hearing as well as all the minute orders from the old filing. Call an experienced dependency atty for s consultation. The judge is a dependency judge not a family law judge.
