We are being relocated by my spouses employer and we need a strong attorney who can go up against a bully. We need help with a motion to relocate our child and to modify a current support plan.

You can call your local bar association and they may be able to help. Otherwise, you would be wise to hire a good lawyer to handle the matter even if you pay the regular rate since relocation is normally decided pretty quickly at the initial Show Cause hearing. Usually it is money well spent.
