What do they do if you get a probation revocation on unsupervised probation.

Got a dui and did 45 days in jail. Was let out and given unsupervised probation. Stipulations were to go do random alcohol tests but was turned away due to not being able to pay for it. It has been 5 years and haven't got into any trouble expect just got a public intox when I was picked up. Just wondering if you think I will have to do jail time.

It is possible. Use the "Find a Lawyer" function on and contact an experienced criminal defense attorney in the city at issue. I am not licensed in Wyoming, but in California, where I am licensed, I would recommend you attend ten or twenty alcoholic anonymous meetings before going to court on the probation issue and have those ready to show the DA and judge to avoid jail time. If you could not afford the tests five years ago, see if you can show some type of proof of low income, such as your tax return from that year to prove you really were destitute. Good luck.

Mr. Hill has given good advice. The only thing I would add-most attorneys here on will offer free consultations so it won't cost you anything to call some in your area using the "Find a Lawyer" tab at the top of the page. Good luck.

No way to know without looking at your record. Consider calling a local dui lawyer for a free consultation. Judges have broad discretion on cases like this and it will depend on who your judge will be.
