Personal Injury attorneys are very, very different from Workers Compensation attorneys... the practice area noted in your inquiry notes Workers Compensation but the words say personal injury... BE CLEAR that if the crush arose out of employment and happened in the course of employment, this is a Workers Comp claim NOT a personal injury claim, and you'll be disappointed and delay treatment if you go to a personal injury attorney and physician network when you need to be with the Workers Comp physicians and getting Temporary Disability payments from a Workers Comp insurance company .
