Do I have grounds for breaking my lease agreement?

We signed a lease with our landlord last year that stipulated he would not enter the premises without our consent and without 48 hours notice (unless it was an emergency). Our landlord entered our apartment after I asked him not too and did not provide 48 hours notice. Did he break my lease and am I liable if I want to move out before the end of my lease?

I practice in Louisville. It is not a material breach unless it is pervasive, so no, you don't have a right to vacate - you'd be on the hook for the rent.
