Immigration Consequences

I was charged for ingestion of controlled substance and for resisting arrest. An arrest was made. I am on H1-B. Both the charges were dismissed with prejudice. Please note, there were NO convictions. Will I be hassled at the border (found inadmissible) when I travel abroad? If so, please advise what steps I must take to prevent any hassle. Thank you for your advise and time.

If charges were dismissed with prejudice then you have nothing to worry about. However, you should have a certified copy of the dismissal.

You will not have any problems traveling. At worst, maybe very little questioning when traveling.
