I am suing the state of texas and the U.S. government, what kind of attorney do I need?

I have constitutional rights regardless of my affiliations. My goal is to expose the corruption within the State of Texas and the U.S. Government. My other purpose is to be able to obtain legal services outside the State of Texas. Currently I have filed a federal lawsuit against the F.B.I., Alamo Police Department, The Border Patrol, The State Police, The Sheriff Task Force Panama Unit, Hidalgo County, The Texas Department of Public Safety, and DPS Troopers because my constitutional rights were violated. A pretrial hearing for the suit is set for June 15 at the U.S. District Court in McAllen, Texas in which time I will be representing myself as I am not able to obtain an attorney that will take this case because I am affiliated with The Texas Mexican Mafia.
