If you have been arrested and charged with burglary, the case will remain. If you haven't been charged by now, the odds are in your favor, but there is no age based cut-off in criminal law.

This is something that you need to address with your lawyer, the lawyer is the one who can tell you what is going on with your case

You should call around and find a Criminal Defense lawyer that is right for you. As others have mentioned, you do not want to go through this alone and you should get a lawyer that will fight for you and your rights. Good luck on your military career.
