Thank you +My question is; When a unsecured creditor eletronically files a proof of claim I know that the trustee and if there were a debtor's attorney they would recieve electronic notification of the claim I can't find where I read it whether in case law, procedures, rules or the bankruptcy codes but is it right that if the debtor is pro se then the creditor is to send a copy of their proof of claim and attachments to that debtor. I was never notiifed in an way until the trustees report

As to your last request, we are prohibited from soliciting business via this forum. You can use the "Find a Lawyer" link at the top of this page to search for an attorney. You should look at each attorney's profile page to see what type of matters that he attorney handles to determine if he/she handles litigation.
As to your other question, the court should have a mailing list that shows the parties that will receive a notice of each document filed in the case via ECF and a separate list of parties that have requested notice via mail. You should be in the mailing list.
I have not thought about this issue in over 10 years because of ECF. However, as I recall prior to ECF, the creditor was not required to send a copy of the proof of claim to debtor's counsel when a claim was filed. It was our responsibility to periodically check the proofs of claims that were filed in our district. The Bankruptcy Rules of Procedure do not show where notice is required, the proof of claim form does not reflect that notice is required, and our local rules do not show that notice is required. The local rules in your district may vary.
The volunteer attorneys here are not permitted to solicit busines through this website whether or not you are pro se. Since you are asking for a response from bankruptcy attorneys in Springfield and i am not one of them, I will not respond to the rest of your question.
Read your local rules, but usually creditors do not have to send anyone a paper copy of their proof of claim. If you want electronic notices via email, it is your job to sign up for these notices. Good luck trying to find a lawyer for your adversary case - many lawyers won't accept any pro she cases. Hope this perspective helps.
