He needs $13000 for bail, there is $30, 000 in the account but he has never officially taken control of the account. Is there a way he can get it now? He needs it. I have the account number, but the fund says they want a letter with a "medallion signature guarantee" to release the funds. He has access to a notary but not that...can an attorney help him get these funds?
