How do I get my 68 year old mother to visit me after deportation.

I am a US citizen. About 10 years back my mother and father both respectable citizens in India were coerced and threatened to obtain a visa on a fake passport and bring 2 children with them to US as their own children. They were caught in US and deported with a 20 year ban. My mother is 68 now, my 8 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumor. My daughter has undergone two brain surgeries and is on chemotherapy now. We also have a 7 moth old at home. Life is a mess and we need her here to help us out. She also is extremely anxious to meet her granddaughter who so severely ill. is there anyway she can come temporarily?

There is a waiver that your mother may be eligible for, but waivers are very difficult to successfully file on your own. You will need to make a very compelling argument backed by a lot of documentation and hope for the best. Contact an immigration attorney to discuss your situation privately. Most attorneys will provide a free consultation.
