Harassing/offensive messages.
Me and my bf broke up. I have been texting him to non stop for awhile. On fb i also have text him quite a bit, but nothing was harrassing, it was more like asking him to work us out. Day goes on, i stop. My sister get mad at something i told her about him, and she messages him something very offensive(something about his mom that passed away, and how he is a pig). what can he possibly do, and how long and costly would it be.
