Student on F1 Visa becomes pregnant, how can she stay in the US with me?

My fiance is here on an F1 student visa that expires in June 2010. We are in the planning stages of a wedding (in 2011), and learned we are expecting late in 2010. Neither one of us has health insurance coverage and both of us are low income currently, is there a way she can remain in the country without marriage until after the baby is born? Neither of us have the financial means to pay for a child at present and her being a single mother would allow us to keep a roof over our heads.

I assume she graduates in 2010 as a student visa normally is good as long as she stays enrolled in school. She could get it extended by staying in school- going for another degree. She could find a company to sponsor her through an OPT, she should check with the foriegn student advisor. In any event, as a foriegn student, she might not be eligible for any benefits. If you don't have the financial means at present, then maybe you could to go to school part-time while working full-time. Her having a child here won't do anything to keep her here. Being married to you would.
