MSA and PO documents for visa approval in US consulate Chennai

I am working in EVC(employee-vendor-client) model and I would require a visa stamping when i travel to India this year. Here are my questions 1. My I140 is approved and I have a 3 year H1B approved petition. Would this help me in visa stamping? 2. Considering that the client cannot provide a letter, Can i use the following documents during my visa stamping? will this have any impact? A) Employee Verification Letter - to establish connection between me and my company B) PO - to establish connection between my employer and the vendor company C) MSA - to establish connection between vendor and client company Thanks!

Yes, you have to provide all these documents along with your recent pay stubs and most important issue i have seen in this kind of Model is employer-employee relationship, how does your employer control your work.

Havign an I-140 approved has no impact on having an H-1B visa issued. Yes you may submt the documents that are listed but you follow your employer's immigrationa ttoeny's guidance as a full understanding of your employment situation is needed to guide you in this process.

With a long immigration history (I-140 approved and multiple H-1B extensions), I am curious that you do not have an attorney to address these questions to? Does the company have representation? The questions you are asking is actually the company's responsibility to provide!
