My fiance recently had wages garnished from a sm car mart for a car that broke down and they wouldnt fix so she returned it. In the court file where says she was served at, it says she was served at a residence she hadnt lived at for over 9 montha and was no signature obviously. She didnt move out of state. Anything we can do?

Yes, there is something you can do: retain an attorney. It is probably too late to file a Motion to Vacate the Judgment - in most states, usually has to be filed within 30 days of the judgment being entered - but the attorney might be able to do something in regards to the garnishment or the next step - an assest hearing.
