Does filing fraudulent/forged documents with respect to real estate property/lien, nullify the contract?

I have more than enough reason to believe that the affidavits filed on my property by the lender on the courts prior to foreclosure are Fraudulent/Crime. They filed such affidavits on the names of persons who are in state criminal database. They may be not aware of it as they are criminals and no means of knowing their name is being used. So how can I stop the foreclosure or any action by lender on the grounds of 'this statutory fraud' which is punishable felony since it is filed in courts, If I subpoena or ask for the persons who signed those affidavits, they cannot produce them( which will very well expose the fraud/crime). Will this be a good point to nullify the contract/lien since the lender engaged in fraud/crime? will give more info if needed based on your replies and thanks

This is not a clear question. You should either restate it more clearly or consult with an attorney. Did you sign a contract to buy the house? is your search of the property showing that there an action pending against people who do not own the house? are you saying that the people who allegedly signed the mortgage documents were incarcerated at the time the documents were allegedly signed and therefore the mortgage is not valid? Just what are you driving at?

The documents need to be reviewed by counsel and then discussed with you.

Are you the property owner or the incarcerated individuals are on the deed? Who signed the mortgage note? You definitely need to retain an attorney for a complex matter such as this.
