Is there an attorney, who could assist me in a possible action against my recent attorney used AND the Department of Revenue ?

Child Support 2 views 1 answers
DOR used incorrect figures to over-calculate child support....ATTY advised they would handle....they did not, so the proposed incorrect amount stuck and ATTY office played dumb...This HIGH payment resulted in me & my 4yr old being homeless....then the DOR took an EXTRA $1k from me due to clerical mishaps, said Id get a credit....ATTY office charged me $600 to respond to a motion after not getting docs from me for OPC (although docs WERE sent in already, they played dumb again) Then we get a new temp agreement to help ease all the above issues, agreed to soley upon the terms stated....DOR somehow sends my tax return to kids mom on 2/19, despite all balances ect, being cleared as of agreement signing on 2/6.....And then I find the $1k credit , has vanished into thin air from DOR

DOR is probably immune from being sued, ESPECIALLY, when a Judge sided with them. Judges can never be sued. Suing an attorney is also difficult. Spend your time and energy working with DOR to get your money back instead of attempting to do something impossible. You can always have another lawyer review the case.
